We need 24 hours to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day after your payment is authorized and verified.
We ship orders Monday through Friday.
Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.
If you choose the bank transfer as your method of payment, don’t forget to confirm your payment after you finish transfer your payment to us.
IMPORTANT: We're unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment.
You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International rates may change based on exchanged rate.
Shipping cost will appear together with your total after check out.
International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your order.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country - we'd recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. Where customs charges are due, this may impact the time it takes your parcel to reach you.
Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We also offer Express Shipping method for both domestic and international shipping, contact us to find out more about Express Shipping.
Your estimated delivery date is on your order confirmation email and this includes the time it takes for us to package and ship your order.
You'll receive another email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is on the way to you, this email will include a tracking link if your order has been sent with one of our trackable delivery services.
Please don't worry if you don't receive this email as quickly as you usually would.
If your order hasn't after the delivery date in your confirmation email, just contact us for help.
NOTE : Delay might occur during public holidays.
If you're not in when your parcel arrives, the courier will leave your parcel in your mailbox or on your porch. If this isn't possible, it will be left at your local post office and they'll leave you a card to tell you where it is.
Deliveries are not made on public holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.
We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer.
Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended.
However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
We cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
We do not take responsibility if the courier can't deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD).
These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Nasty Gal.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
Anytime after your payment is complete, you can track the status of your order in Order Status or in Order History in My Account page.
Once your package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the courier provider, tracking number, and tracking website in it.
Your order may be sent on a non-trackable shipping service
If your order has been sent on a trackable service, all you need to do is log into ‘My Account’ and view your order in Order History section.
If the status shows ‘Track This Order’, just click the link and you’ll see the latest update.
If you're ordering using Standard Shipping for International Shipping and the status shows 'Shipped' then your order has not been sent with a trackable delivery service on this occasion.
Your parcel will be arriving with your local postal service, please allow until the date on your shipping confirmation for your parcel to arrive.
