RETURN INFORMATION
EXCHANGES
- To exchange the item(s) you need to send us back the original item(s) that you want to exchange.
- Read the Return Policy below. Your item(s) need to fit all the criteria to be able to get the exchange.
- We are only able to offer size exchanges and exchange for items with manufacturing mistakes
- There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Simply contact our customer service and send the item(s) back to us within 14 days from the day you received your package.
- If the item that you wish to be exchange has no more stock then we will refund your money or you can choose to use Store Credit (easy refund)
- The credit in Store Credit can be used for future purchase in MAISION.COM
- Shipping is free on the replacement item (limited to 1x exchange).
- Simply send us back the item(s) that you wish to exchange and after we received the item(s) and if it fit the Return Policy we will process the exchange or you will get the refund if the stock isn’t available.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
- We're not able to offer an exchange on items purchased from outside of Indonesia.
- We will be happy to give you a refund or you can choose Easy Refund by using Store Credit, send the item(s) back to us within 28 days and all the returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse.
- If you would like a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to return the item(s) and place a new order.
RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days (Indonesia) or 28 days (outside Indonesia) from the day you got your package.
- Merchandise must be clean, unworn, unwashed and unopened (make up).
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any MAISION hangtags, attached.
- Please fill the Exchange & Return Form and make sure the Form is filled out with your order number, specify the cause and placed in your returns parcel ( Note : we can't process your return without these details )
- All items purchased on final sale cannot be exchange and returned.
- We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don't need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you and can’t give you the exchange or refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package.

- You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package.
- Please write your order number on the outside of the package.
- You will receive your refund in the original form of payment or you may choose Store Credit as easy refund.
- Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
RETURN FORMS
- We always put the Return Form along with the package that we shipped to you.
- Fill in the form and put with the item(s) that you wish to return.
- If you loose the form or need a new one, contact our customer care
REFUNDS AND PROCCESSING
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return and the item fit the RETURN POLICY criteria.
- We'll email you to let you know this has been refunded.
- The funds will go back to your original payment method or Store Credit (easy refund). Your refund can take 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to show in your account.

- “Original” shipping charges are non-refundable.
- IMPORTANT : The shipping cost for the return item that you sent back to us will be refunded to you if we approve to accept your return (based on the Return Policy) and the cause of the return or exchange is from our own faulty such as poor quality, product faulty, and incorrect item received and the item(s) that you want to exchange isn’t available (size change only). Other than that, you shall bear the delivery shipping return fee and the replacement item shipping fee.
- Shipping is also free on the replacement item (limited to 1x exchange).
- The shipping cost for the return fee will be refund to you on Store Credit. Please send us the proof of shipping fee cost. (upload photo max to 1 MB) Without this proof, we won’t be able to refund your shipping fee for the return item.
STORE CREDIT (EASY REFUND)
ABOUT STORE CREDIT
- Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you paid for your whole order with a Gift Cards, then the refund will be awarded to Store Credit.
HOW TO USE STORE CREDIT

- Once you have found your order, click the "Return This Order" button
- Select the order or item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return.
- Choose a return for store credit or for a refund.
- Print your Return Form and place label on the outside of the package.
- Drop off the item at your nearest delivery courier location.
STORE CREDIT POLICY
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website www.maision.com
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat Store Credit like cash.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
- Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit never expires.
- Store credit is provided in Rupiah.
- Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
- To view your Store Credit Balance, log into MAISION account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
