PAYMENT METHODS +

We accept these following payment options:

  1. BANK TRANSFER (BCA/MANDIRI)

     The bank account number will be send to you by email after you placed the order.

     NOTE : You have to make payment confirmation after making payment via bank transfer.

 

     HOW TO CONFIRM PAYMENT

            You can click on the link in email that we will send you after you placing your order.

            Fill in the details and click Confirm.

            Or after payment has been done click My Account on the right top corner website. Then click Confirm Payment, fill in the details

            and click Confirm and done.

            You will be receiving an email, which is contained shipping schedule and shipment delivery tracking code after the shipment

            process is done.

 

  1. CREDIT CARD (Via PAYPAL)

     You will be taken to Paypal website for secure payment.

     Simply click “Sign In as a guest” and proceed to payment.

     Enter the card number and security code in your payment field

     NOTE : In order to use this service, you DON’T NEED to have Paypal account if you don’t have one, you can use

     your credit card.

 

  1. PAYPAL

     For Paypal user, simply login to your account.

     For non-Paypal user who want to pay with credit card simply Sign In as guest and proceed to payment.

     Why pay with PayPal?

     It's safer: shop at thousands of websites without sharing your financial details.

     It's faster: with no need to type in your card details, you can check out in a few clicks.

     It's easier: all you need is an email address and password to pay online.


     It takes minutes to open a PayPal account and it's free.

     NOTE : Payment by Paypal and Credit Card don’t need to confirm their payment in our webstore.

     Once an official Paypal invoice received, it will automatically considered successful.

STORE CREDIT, GIFT CARDS, AND PROMO CODES +

STORE CREDIT, GIFT CARDS, AND PROMO CODES +

  1. STORE CREDIT +

            To use a store credit, sign into MAISION; you will see your STORE CREDIT on the "My Account" page.

            Upon checking out, on the REVIEW ORDER page you will be asked if you want to use your store credit or not (if you have Store

            Credit) and it will be automatically be deducted from your total if you choose to USE IT.

            If you do not use the entire store credit the remainder will go back into your MAISION account to be used on future purchases.

  1. GIFT CARDS +

     When you receive your voucher it’s a good idea to register it to your account straight away.

     This will add the credit to your account immediately, ready for you to spend.

     Just enter the 16 digit code into the gift voucher section of the ‘Wallet’ on MY ACCOUNT section and click ‘Activate’.

     Once the gift voucher has been added to your account, it can’t be transferred to another account.

     You have 12 months to spend the whole amount of your gift voucher although you don’t have to spend it all at once.

     When you want to buy something using your gift voucher, it will automatically appear when you reach the checkout.

     Just enter the Gift Card code and klik ADD.

     To get to the final billing page, card details are always required.

     If you’re spending more than the value of your gift voucher, you’ll need to pay the extra using a credit or debit card in the usual way.  

     Please note, the balance must be 1$ or over for the additional payment to be completed on your card.

     If you’re spending less than the value of your gift voucher, the credit will stay on your account for you to spend later, you’ll need to

     spend it before the expiry date of the gift voucher.

 

  1. PROMO CODES +

     You need to enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces.

     Type or copy and paste the code into the 'Promo Code’ box (you'll find it on the 'REVIEW ORDER' section, beneath the items

     in your order).

     Once you've entered the code, click on 'Update' and it will apply to your order.

     You'll be able to check this underneath the items as the discount value will have been removed and the price amended.

     You must enter the discount/promo code when you are check out as it can't be applied later.

 

If you find that your promo code isn’t working then please check the below:

  1. You can only use one discount/promo code per order. This applies to our free delivery codes too.
  2. Discount/promo codes cannot be used for gift vouchers
  3. As our discount/promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any codes. Codes may only be valid for certain items and the majority of codes will have an expiry date. You should be able to find the terms and conditions in the same place you found the code whether it be through an email or on our website. Some codes will only work for specific people or for specific countries. The terms and conditions will state if the code can only be used in a certain country. If you’ve received the code in an email from MAISION then the code may also be locked to that email address. Make sure you’re trying to use the code using your MAISION account that has the same email address as we sent the code to.
  4. If your discount code is still not working after checking all of the above, please contact us

VERIFY PAYMENT +

We will verify your payment and ship your order within 1-2 business days after payment approval.

Your account will not be charged until your order actually ships.

DECLINED PAYMENT +

If paying by Credit Card, you will need to make sure that this billing address matches exactly what the credit card company has on file.

In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification.

This may require us to contact your directly.

If your payment has been declined, then you’ll need to place your order again.

We’re not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.

 

To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:

  1. Check the card details on My Account to make sure the information is correct,
  2. Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three digits number on the back of your card.
  3. Your card issuer may have declined your payment - as they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them.
  4. If you've checked all of the above, try paying with another card.
  5. If you've tried all these and are still having problems, contact our Customer Care Team with as many details as you can about the issue - including any error messages you receive and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can.

Currency Conversions & Charges

All prices listed on our site are in Rupiah, and charged to your credit card in Rupiah.

The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.

It's possible you may be charged an international transaction fee by your bank if you're shopping outside the Indoesia - this charge comes directly from your bank and is outside of our control.
