Please fill the Exchange & Return Form and make sure the Form is filled out with your order number, specify the cause and placed in your returns parcel ( Note : we can't process your return without these details )
All items purchased on final sale cannot be exchange and returned.
We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don't need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you and can’t give you the exchange or refund.
