RETURN GOODS

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days (Indonesia) or 28 days (outside Indonesia) from the day you got your package.
Merchandise must be clean, unworn, unwashed and unopened (make up).
Merchandise must have all tags, including any MAISION hangtags, attached.
Please fill the Exchange & Return Form and make sure the Form is filled out with your order number, specify the cause and placed in your returns parcel ( Note : we can't process your return without these details )
All items purchased on final sale cannot be exchange and returned.
