Order ID is digits reference number you received after making an order.
Be sure to write down this numbers, you need them for payment confirmation (by bank transfer payment only) and order tracking.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter in your e-mail or simply contact us for confirmation.

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order.
Please place a new order for the item and contact us so we can make sure it is shipped out with your previous order or waive shipping on this new additional order.
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it has already been processed.

Here, you may review all items in your SHOPPING BAG, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page.
Once you have reviewed the items in your SHOPPING BAG, you may either continue shopping or proceed to CHECK OUT and place your order.
If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking “Order Status”.
If your order states “Awaiting Fulfillment”, your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse.
