You must sign into your account before you can shop with us or if you want to see or track your orders.
You can change your details at any time using ‘My Account’ which is in the top right hand corner of the page’. Once you’re logged in you can change your:
· Email Address
· Delivery Address
· Payment card details
Just click the ‘Edit’ or ‘Edit/Add’ buttons under each section of your account to change the details. Once you’ve updated them, remember to click ‘Save’.
Any changes you make to your account will not affect the details of any orders you’ve already placed.
It's worth checking your account every once in a while just to make sure we have the right details for you.
Shipping address is the address that you would like us to send your items.
You can add, remove and update your address details by clicking on the ‘Edit’ button beside your ‘Address Book’ or clicking on the button beside your 'Address Book' for 'Remove Address' or clicking on the "+ Add new Shipping Address" button beside your 'Address Book'. You can add more than one shipping address.
If your address is too long to fit into ‘Address 1’ then you can use ‘Address 2’ for the second line of your address details.
Whenever you update or add an address, always remember to click 'Save' so that the new details are ready for you next time you shop.
Billing address is the address on your credit card that you will be using for the payment. You can check on the card statement. Billing address must match the statement of the card you will be using. If it doesn’t match, we have to cancel your order.

You can sign in to your MAISION account using Facebook, Instagram, Line and Google+ as long as you’ve linked these to your MAISION account.
It’s really simple to do. Just log in to your MAISION account using your email address and go to ‘My Account’. You’ll see a section called ‘Social Media’ where you’ll be able to link Facebook, Instagram, Line and Google+ to your account. Simply click Edit/Add and you’ll be able to link accounts.
If you’re not already signed in to the social media site you choose on your device, you’ll be asked to log in. Just follow the on screen instructions and your accounts will be linked. You’ll only be able to link one of each type of social media account to your MAISION account i.e. one Facebook account, one Instagram account, one Line account and one Google+ account.
Next time you want to sign in to your MAISION account you can either use your email address and password or any of your linked social media accounts.
To unlinking any of the social media accounts linked to your MAISION account, click ‘Edit/Add’ you’ll then be able to click the icons to unlink your accounts. If you signed up to MAISION using a social media account, you’ll be asked to create a password so you can continue to sign in to your MAISON account using the email address you confirmed when registering.

If you don’t want to save your payment details to your account, then you can also enter them when you come to pay for your order. If there is no payment details saved to your account, then you’ll be asked to enter them when you click ‘Pay Now’.
